1. What is your refund policy?

Full refunds: For us, customer satisfaction is the most important criteria. If you feel not 100% happy with your purchase, please enjoy our full refund policy, as long as:

– The return is requested within 7 days of the receiving date of your shoes

– The returned shoes are unworn, in the state you received them and in the original packaging. (Please try shoes on a carpeted or similar surface to avoid scratches).

– If the return is requested after 21 days, we will issue you a store credit.

Return shipping is always free.

Please contact us at and be sure to include your order number. We will respond to return requests right away with a prepaid return label.

We will notify you via email once your returned items have been received and inspected by our warehouse. If the items meet the return criteria specified above, your Credit Card will be refunded automatically within 5 business days of receipt.

2. Where do you offer free shipping?

At the moment, we only offer free shipping within Vietnam and Singapore.

We are still working to expand our sales network in order to bring the service to more countries in the world.
